The 24 hour clock, along with the [number, hour]
i [number, minute] pattern, is used formally for all times. In informal communication, a 12 hour clock is used with the [number, hour]
i [number, minute] pattern from the minute 1 to the minute 29, and the [number, minute]
do [number, hour] for minutes 31 to 59 (called 29 to 1 to the hour).
